Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email/SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock — in such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and other methods supported by our payment partner, Razorpay. All payments are processed securely; we do not store your card or banking credentials. In case of a failed transaction where an amount has been debited, it will typically be auto-reversed to your source account by your bank/payment provider within 5-7 business days.
